Overview
Neo Destiny is the fourth and final main expansion in the Neo Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. In Japan, it was released as Darkness, and to Light..., concluding the Pokémon Card Game neo Era. This expansion is based on Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, featuring Generation II Pokémon.
Neo Destiny introduced Light Pokémon, characterized by a white and gold artwork window, Evolution box, and Pokédex box. These Light Pokémon have higher HP and their attacks often provide support to other Pokémon in play. Shining Pokémon now feature a Non Holofoil background with a glossy metallic appearance. Neo Destiny was the last English expansion to include the 1st Edition symbol.
